The Family Ministry is excited to announce our latest initiative to partner with the Center for Children and Young Adults here in Marietta. This center provides crucial safe housing and support for homeless and foster care youth, and we are thrilled to partner with them to make a difference.

 

We're currently in search of volunteers to help with two service opportunities after service on Sunday, September 8 - with one taking place here at the building and the other taking place at the Center for Children and Young Adults. We are also asking for both monetary and grocery donations in the days leading up to this event.

 

For those interested in helping with our service opportunities, we ask that you please register by September 5 and be advised that lunch will be served for all volunteers in the Gathering Place before we are dismissed to our respective service locations.

For those interested in contributing donations, you can find a list of the requested grocery items below and we will be accepting those items in collection bins in the church lobby. Financial contributions can be donated below as well.
