Our room block is located in Mountain Laurel East - Ridgecrest’s newly renovated deluxe hotel with well-appointed, modern rooms and many complimentary amenities, including TVs in fellowship areas (not in rooms), a fitness room and high-speed wi-fi throughout.

When You Arrive

When you arrive at Ridgecrest Conference Center, make your way to Mountain Laurel East and park in any of the available free parking lots - Parking Area E is the closest parking lot to Mountain Laurel East.

When you enter Mountain Laurel East, check in under the name "Bridge Pointe Church".

Proceed to Rooms 1A-B between 4-7pm to check in for the retreat and receive your name tag and gift bag.

Ridgecrest offers enhanced menus with items suited for those with special dietary needs. Look for the unique symbol referencing gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian in the Dining Room serving lines. For those with severe allergies, please contact Ridgecrest directly at (828) 669-8022 to speak with their chef.

There are a couple of alternative dining areas available on campus throughout the day, but be advised that any meals or beverages from these locations are not covered in your retreat fees and must be purchased independently.

For on-site text alerts, be sure to sign up for Text-In-Church by texting "BPC411" to 678-647-9757. This will be the primary method of communication for instant updates at the retreat.

Be sure to grab dinner before our Worship Night on Friday! There are a few restaurants located near the conference center (see above). Be advised that Nibble Nook (located on campus) will only be open from 8-11pm on Friday and Clouds Coffee Shop (located on campus) will be open from 7-7pm and only serves cafe goods.

What is Ridgecrest's Check-Out Policy?

​Ridgecrest's check-out time is no later than 10am the day you are leaving. Ridgecrest does not offer complimentary late check-out.

Are there laundry facilities on-site?

​No, Ridgecrest does not have a guest laundry facility, however, there is a 24-hour coin laundry facility in Black Mountain (4 miles). For more information, please contact Black Mountain Coin Laundry at (828) 664-9267.

Is there wi-fi?​

​Yes, complimentary high speed wi-fi is available throughout campus with the exception of youth housing.

Is there shuttle service on-site?​

No, Ridgecrest does not provide shuttle services or an airport shuttle. If you are flying in, be sure to check with your respective airport to see if they provide shuttle services.
